Shanghai Highly

Shanghai Highly is one of the largest compressor manufacturers in the world. Its history can be traced back to 1954, with beginnings in the refrigeration industry in 1985. The company soon went public and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Highly became an industry leader with the development of a JV AC compressor and established an overseas partner.

In 2008 its first factory was established outside of Shanghai and the company rolled out 100 million AC compressors soon after. Diversification and internationalization drove operating income to soar, and in 2019 Highly established a large-scale intelligent factory in Nanchang.

In 2020 Highly established its Auto Parts business, making it the second business unit of the company.
