Welcome to the Natural Refrigerants Directory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The directory is operated by ATMOsphere (shecco), a company registered in Brussels, Belgium ("we," "us," or "ATMOsphere").

The Natural Refrigerants Directory is a business-to-business (B2B) platform for companies operating in the natural refrigerants and clean cooling industry. To list your company, you must:

• Be a legally registered business entity
• Operate in the natural refrigerants, HVAC&R, or clean cooling sector
• Have the authority to represent your company and agree to these Terms

Accuracy: Companies are responsible for ensuring that all information in their listing is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This includes company name, description, location, contact information, and any claims about products, services, or certifications.

Verification: ATMOsphere reviews and verifies listings before publication. However, verification confirms basic business legitimacy and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the accuracy of all claims made by the listed company.

Updates: You may update your listing at any time through your account dashboard. Significant changes may require re-verification.

Plans: We offer different listing plans (Directory Listing, Premium, and Partner) with varying features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe. Payment is due at the start of each subscription period.

Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided your listing has not yet been published.

Refunds: After the 14-day cooling-off period, subscriptions are non-refundable. Your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date. To cancel, log in to your company dashboard and submit a cancellation request.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you submit, including your company logo, description, and images. By submitting content, you grant ATMOsphere a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display this content on the directory and in related marketing materials.

Our Content: The directory design, layout, features, and ATMOsphere branding are owned by ATMOsphere and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Contains false or misleading information about your company
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Is defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains malware, spam, or malicious code
• Misrepresents your relationship with ATMOsphere or other companies

The directory includes a "Get in Touch" feature that allows visitors to submit inquiries to listed companies. ATMOsphere reviews lead requests before forwarding them to companies to filter spam and ensure quality.

Companies are responsible for responding to lead requests in a timely and professional manner. ATMOsphere is not responsible for the outcome of any business relationships that result from lead requests.

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

By Us: ATMOsphere may suspend or terminate your listing if you violate these Terms, submit prohibited content, or fail to respond to verification requests. We will notify you before taking action, except in cases of serious violations.

The directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ATMOsphere does not guarantee:

• That the directory will be available at all times
• The accuracy of information submitted by other companies
• That you will receive a specific number of leads or business opportunities
• The quality or suitability of any company listed in the directory

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATMOsphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the directory, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damage to reputation
• Business relationships that do not meet expectations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your listing in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATMOsphere, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the directory, your listing content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the directory shall be resolved in the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the directory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
